    There is a limitation depending on the package you have signed up to. For example, Our Starter package will cover up to 2 PCNs within a year that are received and notified to us within 14 days. In case it was notified to us late, we will only compensate the value that is applicable within such period, and the balance money should be paid to us, for which we will send you an invoice to pay. Even in a situation like this, you will only pay the difference and the rest will be covered by us for you, still resulting in savings.

    How do I notify you about receiving a PCN? Is there a specific channel or procedure for this?

    Simply notify us via email by attaching the respective PCN and we will acknowledge receipt and once processed for payment, we will notify that the payment has been made on your behalf and we will send you the proof of payment for your peace of mind.

    How quickly will the penalty be settled after I notify you?

    We endeavour to fulfil this, within 24 hours of receiving a notification from you. Simply send the information via email as soon as they are received, we will take care of it for you.

    Will I receive any documentation or confirmation of the payment on my behalf?

    Yes, we will confirm by email that your PCN has been paid, with clear information for you to verify independently.

    How can I verify that the payment has been made to the relevant authority?

    On completion of your settlement, we will send you a proof of payment with corresponding references. You can verify this by going into the relevant authority’s website, e.g. relevant council website or parking company who issued the penalty.

    What information do you require from me to handle the PCN, and how is my data protected?

    We will match the information you have provided at the time of subscription with us, such as name, address and vehicle registration number attached to your plan. If everything matched, we will compensate your PCN straightaway (See our terms and conditions for further details)

    In case, there is duty to share any information with say, any authority, we will still ask for permission from you.

    4. Peace of Mind:

    There is no reason for it to be challenged by the issuing authority as long as it has been paid promptly as part of of your cover, provided you have notified us within the stipulated time.

    Can I opt out of the service at any time?

    Yes, you are entitle to opt out from the service, by logging into your account, which you have opened at the of signing up. However, note that once you have opted out, any subsequent PCN will not be covered by us, therefore, your agreement will terminate as soon as you have opted out.
