Acceptance of Terms and Conditions. By becoming a Subscriber, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Subscription eligibility: Subscription is open to all individuals who are 18 years of age or older. Our Business Tariffs are be tailored to meet your business need, no matter what size is your business, eligibility is therefore assessed and agreed based on your business need.
Subscription benefits: As a member, you will receive access to certain benefits, such as discounts on products and services, exclusive content, and payout on your behalf in the event you received a PCN.
We only payout your PCN, on your behalf only if your PCN matches your name, address, and vehicle registration number with the information we hold at the time of you becoming a Subscriber and you are an active Subscriber at the time of payout and has no fee remain outstanding towards Subscription. Business subscribers will be validated for payout immediately after notified to us, in case Business customers, the PCN must match to the Business information we hold at the time of Registration.
Subscription fees: The cost of membership will vary depending on the Subscription level you choose. See our “How We Help” page for details.
Payment terms: Subscription fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable.
Subscription term: The initial Subscription term is one year. Your Subscription will automatically renew at the end of the term unless you cancel your Subscription, notifying us in writing 30 days prior to the expiry of your current Subscription.
Cancellation policy: You may cancel your membership at any time by giving written notice to us, either via email or post.
Refund policy: You may be entitled to a refund for the future period if your Subscription has been cancelled, provided no Claims have been made in the year a refund request has been made. In the event, no Claims being made and due a refund followed by Cancellation request, we will work out your remaining period’s Subscription on a proportionate basis and process your refund within 14 days of your request for Cancellation.
Termination of subscription: Payulez Limited may terminate your Subscription for any reason, including but not limited to:
Breach of these Terms and Conditions: Non-payment of membership fees; or conduct that is deemed to be inappropriate or disruptive.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising out of these Terms and Conditions will be resolved by binding arbitration.
